See it in action
A short look at the patch and how it records your blood pressure through the day and night.
Each step, in detail
It arrives at your door
Order online and the kit ships straight to your home: the wearable patch, a blood pressure cuff and simple setup instructions.
Nothing to collect, no appointment to keep, and no clinic visit to fit into your week.
Wear it for 24 hours
Wear a lightweight, FDA-cleared patch for one full day and night while you work, rest and sleep. It records your blood pressure and heart rate around the clock, catching the daytime spikes and overnight patterns a single office reading misses.
No cuff squeezing every half hour, no clinic visit. Just wear it and go about your day.
A physician reads it
Your results are read by our physicians, including a vascular neurologist and a board-certified sleep medicine specialist, who look past any single number at how your blood pressure behaves across the whole day and night, including:
- Whether your pressure falls as it should while you sleep
- Sharp rises in the early morning
- How much it swings through the day
- Readings that look normal in the office but not at home
What's included
Everything you need to take the exam, and everything that happens after it.
In the box
- The FDA-cleared wearable patch
- A blood pressure cuff
- Step-by-step setup instructions for the app on your phone
With your report
Your report turns a full day of data into something you can use, in plain language. No jargon, just a clear view of your blood pressure and what to do next. From there:
- Go through it with a doctor by phone or video, and talk about what your numbers mean for you.
- Tell us to send it to your own doctor, and we'll take care of it.
- Or simply bring it to your next visit yourself.

A patient's story
In his words, in the language he chose.
My name is John. I am over 60 years old and live in Miami. My family gifted me the Smart Heart Check service because they are always mindful of my health. Honestly, I did not know what to expect, but from day one, the entire experience was seamless.
The device was applied, and I barely felt it. I went about my normal routine. I even attended a football game and spent time with my family, all while being monitored. No one noticed a thing.
What I appreciated most was seeing that my blood pressure remained within a healthy range. When you take multiple medications, you never truly know how well they are working. Seeing those results brought me tremendous peace of mind.
I felt proud to have undergone this preventive experience with your company. I feel wonderful and wholeheartedly recommend this service. Furthermore, I was able to complete the entire process in Spanish, which was exceptionally important to me.
Mil y mil gracias.

What is remote blood pressure monitoring?
Remote blood pressure monitoring allows you to track your blood pressure from home using state-of-the-art cuffless devices. These devices use advanced optical technology, similar to what’s found in smartwatches, to passively monitor your vitals without any discomfort—you won’t feel a thing! Plus, it’s completely private, so you might even forget you’re being monitored. All your health data is sent securely to help our team evaluate the state of your cardiovascular health effectively.
I have a smartwatch; what's so special about the blood pressure patch you offer?
We use state-of-the-art medical-grade wearable technology to monitor your blood pressure patterns for 24 hours. While smartwatches can be useful, they do not monitor and analyze blood pressure.
My smartwatch monitors so much more; what’s the big deal about blood pressure?
Blood pressure is one of the most critical indicators of heart and brain health and a key predictor of serious conditions like heart disease, stroke, and kidney failure. Unlike other vitals, high blood pressure often has no symptoms but can quietly damage your organs over time. By closely monitoring blood pressure, doctors can catch changes early, adjust treatment plans, and help prevent potentially life-threatening conditions—something other vitals simply cannot achieve on their own.
Why measure blood pressure for 24 hours?
24-hour blood pressure monitoring gives a complete picture by tracking daytime and nighttime levels, showing average values, and detecting if blood pressure drops during sleep (a healthy sign). This method is much more accurate than single office readings and helps identify any risks for heart issues.
What else are the devices used for?
The medical grade patch also tracks pulse, spikes in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure and is the only way to see patterns of blood pressure throughout the day and night. These insights help doctors understand the causes of high blood pressure and the overall state of your health.
Will my insurance pay for your service?
Currently, our fees aren’t covered by insurance.
I was waiting in the meeting room, and my connection dropped. What should I do?
Reconnect as soon as possible or reach out to our support team for help.
What happens during device usage? What if my device doesn’t work? Who can I contact for technical assistance?
Follow the instructions for daily measurements. If issues arise, contact our technical support team.
If I sign up for this, does it mean that I don’t have to see my doctor anymore?
It’s very important that you continue to see your healthcare team. Our service is designed to complement your annual visits, not replace them. Regular check-ups with your doctor ensure a comprehensive approach to your health.
I scheduled an appointment. How do I prepare for my video visit? Do I have to bring something special? How long will it take? Can a relative join the video visit?
Simply have your device and ID ready, and be in a quiet, well-lit room. Visits typically last 15–30 minutes, and family members are welcome to join.
When should I do the service?
Most guidelines recommend checking your blood pressure at least once a year. Advantage BP is the perfect complement to your annual doctor’s health visit. We recommend completing the service a few weeks before your check-up so we can review your readings and securely send a summary to your doctor ahead of your appointment. This helps your care team make the most informed decisions when you see them.
How often should I have my blood pressure using medical-grade devices or in clinic?
Health experts recommend that everyone over 18 get their blood pressure checked at least once a year. We suggest yearly checks, and more often if any risks are identified.
I already see a doctor once a year for my annual; why should I also use a digital blood pressure device?
A clinic yearly visit provides a single blood pressure reading, that can be affected by “white coat syndrome,” where anxiety during the appointment may elevate your numbers. On the flip side, some people experience “masked hypertension,” where their blood pressure appears normal in the office but is elevated at other times. A digital blood pressure device captures hundreds of readings over 24 hours, reflecting your blood pressure during everyday activities and even while you sleep. This comprehensive monitoring can help diagnose hypertension, which a single doctor’s visit may miss, ensuring you receive a more accurate assessment of your health.’
Is remote monitoring safe and secure?
Yes, we use secure, encrypted platforms to protect your health data and privacy.
What type of service is available and what issues can remote monitoring solve?

Who is available for consultation? Will I be able to see a specialist?
Licensed healthcare professionals are available, including specialists if needed.
How do I get started and what happens after I enroll?
After enrolling, you’ll receive a device and setup instructions. Your monitoring begins right away, and you’ll get regular feedback on your progress.
What software/technology is needed? Will my camera/audio automatically work for the video visit?
You’ll need a smartphone or computer with video capability; our platform guides you through setup, ensuring audio and video are enabled.
What should I do to reschedule an appointment?
Simply contact our support team, and we’ll assist with rescheduling.
Can I share results with my doctors?
Yes, you can.
